TrueRing Voice Services
What It Is & How It Works
TrueRing Voice replaces your current local and long-distance telephone service, without requiring you to throw away your current telephone system investment.
You select how many phone lines for each office location (minimum is four), how many toll-free and local numbers, and the
type of phones numbers you want (basic, basic with voicemail, follow me, fax, automated attendant or conferencing).
Many of the phone number types available can be customized for your specific business need or for each employee's
specific need. A small piece of equipment called a gateway is installed in each of your offices. The gateway connects to your existing phone system. We install and maintain the gateway, so you don't worry about it.
If you don't already have it, we install a dedicated broadband connection to each gateway. With TrueRing's high quality broadband connection, you don't have to worry about your phone calls getting blocked or slowing down unlike most other VoIP services. With TrueRing, your call never travels over the Internet, it is routed directly from ISOMEDIA's high-speed broadband networks to our Tier 1 VoIP provider.
TrueRing will be configured to accommodate the number of phone lines and phone numbers you have ordered for each office. Additionally, you may elect to add enhanced features which you can customize to meet your specific business needs. Your company designates an administrator to manage your service. The administrator will receive an account password via e-mail. After logging into the TrueRing Service Administrator secure website, he or she can update or move phone numbers, lines, hunt groups, extensions or manage other features quickly and easily.
How It Is Managed
From the TrueRing Administrator website, your company administrator manages a list of employee phone numbers and
extensions, and can move, add, delete, or change extensions and phone numbers easily anytime.

Billing information and the ability to customize features is also available at this site. The call detail provided on the website lets you see every inbound and outbound call.
To add more office or phone lines to your company's TrueRing account, the administrator submits an order for new service at the TrueRing Administrator website.
Employees will use a separate Web-based tool, the TrueRing Manager, to manage voicemail, faxes, and options for Call
Forwarding and Call Screening.
