TrueRing Voice Services - 'Features'
TrueRing Voice Service replaces your existing telephone
lines, but allows you to keep your current phone equipment! You
select the number of office locations, telephone lines and the
types of phone numbers that will fit your needs!
The following list of features are available with your TrueRing
Service:
Free On-Net Calling:
Free calling between all TrueRing enabled sites within your
enterprise.
Voicemail: Optional voicemail provides messaging
capability with phone and Web access.
Group Messaging: Group messaging allows
employees to forward and send voice mail messages to previously
defined or "on the fly" groups.
E911: TrueRing includes full Emergency Phone Service.
Hunt Groups:
Hunt groups allow inbound and outbound calls
to search for the next available line among a predetermined
number of lines.
Local Numbers:
TrueRing provides local phone numbers in over 85% of the top
100 Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
Toll-Free Numbers:
TrueRing provides dedicated toll-free services.
Geographic Numbers:
Geographic numbers allow companies to portray a virtual local
presence by pointing local numbers in other geographic areas
to their location.
Domestic & International
Long Distance: Employees can place long-distance calls
at ISOMEDIA’s low rates.
Automated Attendant:
Auto attendant greets callers and provides menu options for
routing callers to the right person, department, or information.
Auto attendant also includes dial-by- name and dial-by extension,
and is fully configurable by the service administrator.
Toll-Free Conference
Calling: Toll-Free Conference calling with industry
leading features is included.
Barred Numbers: Your service admin
can block calls to designated numbers, prefixes and area codes.
Calling Card: A Toll-Free calling
card with the ability to assign PINs to employees is provided.
Call Forwarding: Employees will be
able to forward calls to any location.
Fax Store and Forward: A fax number
will store incoming faxes and will be available for downloading
via the web or any phone line.
Sequential Ringing: Employees can
forward calls to multiple phones that will ring in a designated
sequence.
Simultaneous Ringing: Employees can
forward calls to multiple phones that will ring all at the same
time.
Call Screening: Call screening will
provide three ways for users to manage their incoming calls:
voice screening, private code, and urgency screening.
Local Number Transfer: Move your existing local
numbers to TrueRing.
Verified Account Codes: Your service
admin can manage a list of codes for employees to enter before
making a long-distance call.
Non-Verified Account
Codes: Non- verified account codes will prompt employees
to enter an account code in order to track calls.
Dial Plan/Extension
Dialing: The service admin can
configure the extension-dialing plan for the company.
Directory Listing:
Your business numbers can be listed
in local phone directories.
Directory Assistance: Employees can access directory
assistance services.
USER INTERFACE
End-User Interface: Each employee receives a personal Web page for managing all aspects of his or her service.
Administrator Web Interface: The service administrator utilizes a secure Web page for globally managing the company’s service.
Phone User Interface: Each employee can use a touchtone phone from any location to access and manage his or her service, including voicemail.
