Referrals Terms & Conditions

By taking advantage of the ISOMEDIA Referrals promotion you acknowledge the below terms and conditions.

• The referred customer must be a paying ISOMEDIA customer for 30 days before the referring customer receives the referral credit.

• Referring customer can earn up to four referral credits per month.

• The referral credit is the internet access fee that the new referred subscriber pays per month, with a maximum value of $100.00 for home services. For example, if you refer a dial-up customer with a $19.95 a month Internet access fee, you would receive a referral credit for that amount

• New customers must identify the referring customer at the time they signup for the referral credit to be earned.

• At the time of the referral credit, both the referring and the referred customer must be current in their payments. If both parties are not current in their payments, the referral credit will be denied.

• If a referring customer cancels their account, all unused referral credits are forfeit. The referral credit cannot be refunded. A referral credit has no cash value.

• If a referred customer cancels their account before they pay their first payment they will be charged an amount equal to the credits given them from the referral credit

• The referrals credit is not usable with other ISOMEDIA promotions. Customers can only take advantage of one promotion.

• ISOMEDIA reserves the right to terminate this program any time.
