Terms & Conditions for Referrals
The referred customer must be a paying ISOMEDIA customer for 30 days before the referring customer receives the referral credit.
Referring customer can earn up to four referral credits per month.
The referral credit is the internet access fee that the new referred subscriber pays per month, with a maximum value of $100.00 for home services. For example, you refer a dial-up customer with a $19.95 internet access fee, you would receive a referral credit for that amount.
New subscribers must identify the referring customer at the time they sign up for the referral credit to be earned.
At the time of the referral credit, both the referring and the referred customer must be current in their payments. If both parties are not current in their payments, the referral credit will be denied.
If a referring customer cancels their account, all unused referral credits are forfeit. The referral credit cannot be refunded. A referral credit has no cash value.
ISOMEDIA reserves the right to terminate this program any time.
