The name "Danner" originated from Germany and it means "dweller at, or near a fir tree". No wonder, I enjoyed being in the Pacific Northwest and being surrounded by several variety of fir trees in nearby mountains. From doing family history research, I found out the Danners have been associated with the mountain people or environment as well. Danner's Coat of Arms
