IAK was founded in 1994. Our mission is to serve as a connection between people of African descent throughout the diaspora. We target people locally, nationally and internationally to create an atmosphere in which our common African can be discovered, celebrated and valued.

IAK accomplishes this mission by (1) involving ourselves and providing leadership in a variety of events that enhance the community at large; and (2) by working as consultants to organizations, businesses and individuals providing technical assistance for personal and group growth.

IAK's ability to work with diverse groups as well as our bilingual capacity makes us a company capable of inspiring dialogue, understanding and change within organizations, businesses and communities.
