Repairs by our facility are warranted to meet trade standards as per the work specified on the estimate or repair order. The workmanship is warranted against defects for as long as the owner named herein owns the vehicle. You should be satisfied that the vehicle has been returned to you in a like condition as prior to the accident.
The workmanship done through the paint process of repairing an automobile is warranted for as long as the owner named herein shall own the vehicle. Should the paint be defective due to manufacturing defects, the said manufacturer will be held liable according to the limits of their specific warranties.
Manufactured parts replaced on an automobile in the process of repairs are warranted by the manufacturer of said parts. Southtowne Auto Rebuild will assist you in any recourse made toward the replacement of said parts which will have to be done through the manufacturer.
