Tom Servo has his very own fan club! Be sure to drop by and post on his newsgroup as well at alt.fan.tom.servo. Tom is a sensitive robot who breaks into song at the slightest provocation, and good thing too, he's got a marvelous singong voice! Some of my favorite skits involving Tom are All Tom Servo Chorus from Starfighters and Fugitive Alien 2: Electric Boogaloo, where they all sing a medley of songs from the movie.

Tom is also very self centered, he's very pompous and sure of himself, but he certainly has reason to be! He's nigh omniscient! With his knowledge of quantum physics he is able to warp time and space to bi-locate using a broadened interpretation of quantum linear superposition (Gunslinger).

Tom also gets dressed in drag quite often, probably because his hover skirt provides the perfect shape for a dress. Sad, really. I could go on and on about Servo... but I won't.

Servo originally had a different voice and was less pompous under the control of Josh Weinstein. If you're a fan of Servo the first season is definately worth a watch just to see how he was different back then. And if you ever catch a glimpse of any of the lost KTMA episodes, Servo was Metallic gray, had no voice and was named "Beeper".
