Fight the good fight!

MST 3K has a history of being saved by the viewing masses. Right back to their humble origins on a UHF station in Minneapolis where a sack of fan letters convinced the owner of the station to keep the show on the air. An address is all it takes to get masses of people to write in and let Best Brains know how much they love the show. Well, given that MSTies are so quick to pick up a pen and paper, I decided it would be a good idea to provide this forum for people to learn where exactly to send those letters and what they can say in them.

Thank you, Barry Schulman! Write Barry Schulman a thank you note to let him know how much we appreciate his decision to bring MST 3K back from the dead.

Never mind about Comedy Central. I don't know about you, but before Comedy Central cancelled MST 3K, I had sent several letters to my Cable company requesting that they carry that channel. Here's your chance to take back that request.

Thank you, Advil! Lets not forget the sponsors! they're the ones that forkout the $$ to the Sci-Fi channel which in turn uses part of that $$ to pay for MST 3K episodes.

We want the MST Hour! If your local TV station was airing the MST hour but has stopped doing so (Like mine has) you can write them a letter telling them how you'd like to see that show brought back.

Wha Happa? Write a letter to Gramercy expressing dissapointment in their decision to have such a limited release of the MST 3K movie and perhaps suggest a re-release and or maybe a director's cut. :)

I want my Sci-Fi TV! If your cable company still doesn't carry the Sci-Fi channel or doesn't carry it full time, here's your chance to let them know how you feel. And if they have to drop Comedy Central to get it, all the better!

Remember not to be pushy, bossy or rude. That will get you nowhere and will probably work against you. Don't demand things, request them. Don't threaten them, encourage them. Kill them with kindness, the purpose is not to frighten them into acting on your letter, but rather to let them know you are out there and you feel strongly enough about it to write a letter.

Again, BBI had nothing to do with this. It's all my very own original idea.
