Gypsy

The only female aboard the Satellite of Love, Gypsy, is responsible for running the entire ship. This takes enormous amounts of compute cycles which leaves her with very little brain power for socializing. Unlike Tom and Crow who have inoperative arms, Gypsy has no arms at all.

Gypsy is in love with an actor by the name of Richard Baseheart. Sometimes his name is the only thing she can say. The one instance that I am aware of when Gypsy has gone into the theater (Aside from the KTMA days) was an episode in which Richard Baseheart was mentioned by one of the bots.
