4. Employee Misconduct SB 5614 prohibits citations for safety and health violations due to employee misconduct. IBA Members supported it. It passed into law.

12. Unemployment HB 3077 made revisions to the state's unemployment laws to stop a scheduled tax increase and also adjusted benefits. IBA Members supported it. It passed into law.
13. Apprentices Amendment #399 to HB 1125 would require a minimum of 10% apprentices on public transportation construction projects. IBA Members opposed it. It did not become law.
