Well... Seems that I have been a bit less than frequent on the old "journalizing" haven't I?

I found a new place to live-across the sound. The rent is less than here, but I must pay for the electricity, and cable... Rent is $235/mo however...

I have been making some progress on the old "child abuse victim" front... and finally at least some of what went on is making a little sense... I am hesitant to put the details on the page, but can be contacted at my email addy if someone is interested-I doubt that anyone really is...

At my new location, I will be a buss and ferry ride away from Seattle/Hospital-that is VERY important to me, as my brain seems to go on "Hike" when combined with the drive in... There is so much to do when one drives a stick, in traffic, in Seattle, etc...<g>

I'll know better how the new park is when I get there...

My old Buddy Ted and I are getting along very well thank you-but the hour long trip, often times takes much longer as I must pull over and stop-brain hikes doncha know?

I built a new carving board over the last couple of days... sure in the old days it would have taken me tops an hour... but what the heck? I am growing more used to my limitations, and that is important...

The board is made from some Pine that is about 16"x20"x1" all one piece... I had been saving it [it was a 5 foot board] for a table that I would make someday... but "someday" is, I'm afraid, far away...

Instead of 1"x2" strips in the shape of an "L" I used 3/4" dowels, held in place by some 3/4" screws in the bottom... and took the handle off an old desk [now scrap wood in the shed] and put on the bottom as a hand hold/leg brace...

I have contacted the Kitsap bus service, and also the Ferry terminal folks, hopefully today I will have the info I need to be able to plan my trips into Harborview...

Next I must contact the power and cable and phone companies...

But I have a month to do all this as well as get the trailer Ted gave me, back to Ted's, trash the furnace I was given [I wanted the fan motor] etc...

Then? Why then I will get a temp. tag for my RV, and drive it to the new place in Bremerton...

And start this whole process over again...
