This gives our projects the quality and diversity demanded by our customers. When considering vinyl fencing or decking, we can make your project special and unique. Vinyl fencing is the solution to the Northwest climate; it will not rot, discolor, fade, corrode, crack or chip, cleans easily with soap and water, and can't be damaged by a  pressure washer. With the rising cost and the declining quality of lumber, the investment in a vinyl fence is the smartest way to go. The initial cost of a vinyl fence or deck is less than painting your wood fence year after year. When it is time to sell your home, your vinyl fence or deck will still look great and add value to your home.

 The installation of a vinyl fence is similar to that of any other type of fence. The residential fence sections come in 6’-0" or 8’-0" lengths. The posts are set in concrete 24" to 30" deep depending on height. The rails go into holes pre-routed into the posts. The pickets are then inserted into the rails and the top rail has a set screw placed inside the post. The gate posts are filled with concrete and include a piece of re-bar to stiffen the posts. The ranch fence posts are set 30" to 36" into the ground and have concrete around the posts which are set 8’-0" on center. The rails come in 16’-0" lengths and are slipped through one post and snapped into the next post and the previous post. This interlocks the sections and adds strength to the fence. This system also allows the fence to be strong yet flexible.
