All profiles are extruded using dies designed internally and externally to be the same size and shape as the finished product. This insures the profiles will retain their shape due to the tremendous memory inherent to PVC. Single material profile and the cap stock of the coextruded profiles are formulated using 10 parts per 100 of Ti02 for UV resistance. Substrate of coextruded profiles is the same formulation as the cap stock but with less Ti02, eliminating unnecessary cost. All the profiles come in 4 colors, White, Tan, Ivory & Oyster. The main difference between Heritage Vinyl Products and some of our competitors, is we coextruded our products. Coextrusion by definition, is two or more polymer compounds which are extruded by one or more extruders into a common extrusion die to product properties in the finished product which can not be achieved by one compound. Coextrusion methods are the leading edge of technology for vinyl products and provide desirable qualities which are unavailable with similar methods. The coextrusion process physically melds the layers under extreme heat and pressure in the coextrusion head to form an integral plastic stream. In two layer, two extruder fence extrusion, the coextruded layers are forced together under vacuum at about 3000 psi and 400 degree F. temperature. The two layers are both physically bonded and cross-linked to form an inseparable stream. In the finished product wall, the layers cannot be separated by physical means.

WARRANTY

Heritage Vinyl Products has been selling vinyl fencing and accessories for over 12 years. They have grown to be the largest vinyl fence manufacturer in North America. Heritage is the only vinyl fence company that produces vinyl fencing, deck and accessories only. So the quality is focused on our product and service to our customer. Heritage has one of the best warrantees in the business. The Lifetime Warranty is legally and automatically granted to the original owner upon purchase. Because our products are a long term improvement to your property, this warranty can be transferred to a new property owner. This transfer must be done in writing. As our current warranty card now indicates, Heritage must consent to this transfer. Heritage has never had the occasion not to process any warranty transfer requested by a homeowner. Our Warranty covers all our vinyl products with the provision that they are installed and maintained properly. Both residential and commercial applications are covered. This means a warranty must allow the manufacturer the option to deal with non-standard installations, unusual events or alternate uses of the materials. Heritage components could be installed and used improperly or beyond the scope of their original intent. The wording on our warranty is intended for this type of situation not your typical homeowner or commercial installation.

Our warranty covers repairs and/ or replacement of defective materials. Its been Heritage's policy to provide the consumer with the necessary materials to return their purchase to its original condition. This could mean a single post or the entire project should the situation occur. To accomplish this repair or replacement, it is our corporate policy to pay an authorized Heritage dealer to replace the defective components and any other Heritage component necessary for a quality reinstallation.
